Hello from Chelsea, our new Nappy Service Relationship Manager

I’ll be taking up the role of Nappy Service Relationships Manager from 17 January 2022.

I started with Conder House in March 2021, working during the evenings to allow me to stay at home with my two young children during the day.

Before Conder House, I previously worked in the Early Education and Care industry. I started in early education as a Room Assistant in 2015. After completing my Cert III, I commenced my studies to become Diploma qualified. During this time, I worked as a Lead Educator and also the Educational Leader of the Centre.

The growth and development of a child in the first 5 years is so significant and something I’m very passionate about. I’m excited to be stepping back into this environment on a different level.

I’m looking forward to meeting everyone during my site visits in the coming weeks and working closely with staff and families to ensure our MCNs are continuing to be an easy and effortless part of your nappy changing routine.
